To qualify for the referral bonus, a few easy rules conditions must apply.

• Referrals must be submitted via email to the consultant or by registering it on the official Apricus Resourcing website or by submitting their personal contact details to us. Contact details need to be provided for both parties to enable us to accurately verify the referral being made.
• You must always have consent from your referral, before you submit, that you are referring their contact details to Apricus Resourcing Ltd.
• *The final value of any referral will be calculated by relevant salary bands and the length of the job contract. The minimum referral bonus which you could receive is £50 and the maximum is £300.
• The referred candidate must be placed into work, complete 450 hours of work and be in at least their 13th week of work before any amount of referral bonus will be issued.
• The referral bonus can be paid in vouchers which can be from any nominated store of choice that vouchers can be purchased online or paid in cash via bank transfer.
• The referred candidate must not be already registered as compliant with us already or previously applied for a role on the Apricus Resourcing or CV Library websites.
• The referred candidate must commence work within 9 months of the initial referral being made.
